Job Duties
Our Admissions Counselors recruit and screen potential students for enrollment in the program. The Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), provides education, training and employment services to at-risk young adults.

Conduct outreach activities with agencies, organizations, schools and individuals

Manage contacts and enter applicant tracking data

Interview candidates to obtain pertinent information

Maintain established monthly goals

Arrange and conduct tours and pre-enrollment orientations
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications or related field OR Associate’s degree in related field with two years related experience
Minimum Experience Required
One year experience working with youth, sales, marketing or counseling
