The Opportunity

As a Manages Services - Oracle Cloud HCM Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Managed Services practice, you will oversee large-scale Oracle implementation projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, and monitor progress.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in necessary conversations with clients and team members, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects and coordinating resources for successful delivery

  • Developing project plans and managing timelines to align with strategic objectives

  • Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and mitigate risks

  • Utilizing Oracle Project Resource Management and Agile Product Lifecycle Management for efficient project execution

  • Overseeing program scope management and status reporting to stakeholders

  • Facilitating cross-functional team coordination and promoting continuous process improvement

  • Applying analytical thinking and digital tooling to enhance project integration and delivery

  • Coaching team members and providing feedback to leverage their unique strengths

  • Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive service excellence

  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to maintain project momentum

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree

  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  • Utilizing Oracle Business Process Management for strategic initiatives

  • Managing complex projects with Oracle Project Resource Management

  • Excelling in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement

  • Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous process improvement

  • Developing skills in program scope management and program status reporting

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
