Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with other departments to support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Utilizes technology and software systems to streamline inventory and supply chain processes.
- Trains and supervises staff involved in inventory and supply chain operations.
- Prepares and presents reports on inventory and supply chain performance to senior management.
- Implements and enforces safety and regulatory compliance standards within the supply chain.
- Develops and implements inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively and have crucial conversations with team members, and supervise staff in a timely, effective and respectful manner, to achieve department and Company objectives [Required]
- Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, in a fast-paced environment [Required]
- Ability to work under stress and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously [Required]
- Knowledge of inventory control concepts, order sheets, point-of-use applications, and par optimization methodologies [Required]
- Computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel [Required]
- Knowledge of perioperative rules and guidelines pertaining to clean supply storage rules, including clean environments such as Surgical Services [Required]
- Ability to demonstrate related acumen [Required]
- Materials Management Host System(s) [Preferred]
- Point-of-Use application(s) [Preferred]
- Materials or supply chain management processes [Preferred]
Education:

1+ previous management experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$55,224.00 - $102,731.20 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
