Full job description
Provide direct nursing care in the client's home. Administer medication and monitor responses. Perform vital signs, treatment, wound care and infection control. Observe and report changes in client condition. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Complete medication records, tratment logs, nursing notes. Report incidents and safety concerns immediately. Maintain HIPPA compliance and client confidentiality. Must have 2 years of experience.
