Part-time Night Auditor-$16.50/hr

Local Butler Event Center is looking for Part-time Night Auditor-$16.50/hr The ideal candidate will be able to work night shift 12 midnight to 8:00am. Weekend shifts are required for this position. The Front Desk operates seven days a week. Previous experience working in a customer service, front desk role is preferred. The Night Auditor Position is part-time, up to 32 hours a week. The night Auditor position is responsible for ensuring guests have a good stay at a property like all positions at the site. Some training provided and duties include: 1. Check-in late arrival guests 2. Registering guests and assigning rooms, and checking them out 3. Processing guest payments 4. Room keys: Issuing room keys and providing location instructions 5. Preparing invoices for the next day. 6. Balancing financial reports. 7. Guest relations: Handling guest complaints and problems, and responding to their needs and concerns 8. Reservations: Handling incoming reservations by phone 9. Knows all essential aspects of our resort and hotel operations. 10. Acts as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
