Full job description
Building Healthcare That Remembers Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to. At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 285 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways. We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list! Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below.
What You'll Do
-
Own end-to-end project plans for health system implementations, sequencing governance gates (security review, change control, environment migrations, formal testing) alongside the build
-
Coordinate work across Agent PMs, Agent Engineers, FDEs, product and engineering teams, and client-side IT, clinical and operations stakeholders
-
Participate in and support client governance cadences, including weekly project meetings, working sessions and steering committees
-
Run internal syncs off the project plan and own the weekly executive update
-
Identify risks and dependencies early, escalate with clear options, and keep timelines realistic
-
Drive strategic Health Systems projects with the strategic projects lead, turning ambiguous goals into scoped plans with owners and dates
-
Build repeatable templates and processes (project plans, stakeholder maps, status reports) so each health system launch is faster than the last
What You Bring
-
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with external customers, ideally enterprise software implementations
-
A track record of delivering projects with many dependencies across teams you don't manage
-
Comfort working inside formal governance processes such as change advisory boards, security reviews and staged environments
-
Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including status reporting to senior executives
-
Strong judgment on when to escalate, what to trade off, and how to reset expectations honestly
-
Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams
Nice to Have
-
Experience with health system or hospital implementations
-
Familiarity with EHR integrations (especially Epic) or telephony and contact center systems
-
PMP or similar project management certification
-
Startup or high-growth company experience
