Key Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated deliverable solutions using in depth knowledge of technology function or platform You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role Master proficiency in Solution Architecture is required Master proficiency in Epic Systems is recommended Expert proficiency in Healthcare Management Tech Solution Architecture and Oracle SQL is suggested

Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and project contributions Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible scalable and aligned with strategic goals Analyze complex challenges and propose effective sustainable solutions that drive project success Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution improvements and innovation

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in Solution Architecture

• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Epic Systems

• Expert proficiency in Healthcare Management Tech Solution Architecture

• Expert proficiency in Oracle SQL

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
