Pay Range:$41,000 - $59,000

WhatYou'llDo(Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical informationin a timely manneron incoming sales calls, electronic communications

Determinecustomer requirements and expectationsin order torecommend specific products and solutions

Recommend alternate products based on cost,availabilityor specifications

Present price,creditand termsin accordance withstandard procedures and customers' profitability profiles

Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and warranty upgrades

Increase sales and average order sizeby means ofcross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items

Educate customers about terminology, features, benefits, and new owner experiences of productsin order toimprove product related sales and customer satisfaction

Setup andmaintaincustomer files

Works in conjunction with Sales Support to resolve customer issues or complaints

Provideaccurateinformationregardingavailability of in-stock items, shipment dates and expected date of delivery

Be flexible tomaintaina retail schedule that includes nights,weekendsand holidays.

Work is performed in a Call Center environment but can lead to work from home in the Lexington, KY area

Perform other duties as assigned.

WhatYou'llNeed(Qualifications):

1-3 years of Sales experience preferred.

Experience in sales.

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

A commitment to excellent customer service
