About the Role:

As a CBRE Operations Management Associate, you will beresponsible for completing day to day business support operations across avariety of business segments.

This job is part of the Operations Management job function.They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations thatsupport the organization’s goals and strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Operational Coordination

  • Support employee and vendor onboarding andoffboarding activities.

  • Coordinate with internal and externalstakeholders to facilitate operational readiness, access requirements, anddocumentation.

  • Maintain accurate operational records, trackingtools, and supporting documentation.

  • Assist in resolving operational issues andescalating concerns as appropriate.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports,dashboards, and business metrics.

  • Support data validation, reporting, and analysisactivities.

  • Gather and analyze information to identifytrends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist business leaders with operationalprojects, reporting requests, and special initiatives.

Process Improvement & Administrative Support

  • Support workflow management and operationalcoordination activities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operationalefficiency, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder experience.

  • Assist with process documentation, complianceactivities, and operational reviews.

  • Support vendor and transaction-relatedadministrative processes as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-relatedexperience

  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes,procedures, systems, and concepts within one's own job function is required.

  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complexcontent in a concise and logical way.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Proficiency with Smartsheets preferred.

  • Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitivemindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $30 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $34 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
