SALES REP/ SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Overview Oasis Tires and Wheels is looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Representative / Service Advisor to assist customers with tires, wheels, and automotive services. This position focuses on customer service, sales, preparing quotes, and coordinating services with the shop. Responsibilities - Greet customers and determine their tire, wheel, or automotive service needs. - Recommend tires, wheels, and services based on the customer's vehicle, needs, and budget. - Prepare quotes and explain products, services, and pricing. - Answer customer questions in person and by phone. - Create and manage customer work orders. - Communicate with technicians and management regarding customer vehicles and services. - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle. - Process sales, payments, and POS transactions accurately. - Maintain knowledge of tires, wheels, tire sizes, products, and services. - Work toward individual and store sales goals. - Follow up with customers and sales opportunities. - Assist with inventory, merchandise, and store organization. - Keep the sales counter and showroom clean and organized. - Assist with other store duties as needed. Requirements - Sales and customer service experience preferred. - Tire, wheel, automotive, repair shop, dealership, or automotive parts experience preferred. - Knowledge of tires, wheels, tire sizing, and automotive services is a plus. - Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. - Comfortable preparing quotes and explaining pricing to customers. - Comfortable using computers and POS systems. - Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Dependable, punctual, professional, and willing to learn. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. - Ability to move between the sales counter, showroom, inventory, and shop areas as needed. - Ability to occasionally lift and move tires, wheels, or merchandise up to approximately 50 lbs. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and tire shop environment. Important This is a sales and customer service position in a tire and wheel shop. Sales Representatives are expected to learn and understand tires, wheels, tire sizes, and the automotive services offered by Oasis Tires and Wheels. This position is not limited to working behind the sales counter. Employees may also be expected to assist with inventory, merchandise, cleaning, showroom organization, and other store duties as needed. Responsabilidades - Recibir a los clientes y determinar sus necesidades de llantas, rines o servicios automotrices. - Recomendar llantas, rines y servicios de acuerdo con el vehculo, las necesidades y el presupuesto del cliente. - Preparar cotizaciones y explicar productos, servicios y precios. - Contestar preguntas de clientes en persona y por telfono. - Crear y administrar rdenes de trabajo de clientes. - Comunicarse con tcnicos y gerencia sobre los vehculos y servicios de los clientes. - Mantener a los clientes informados sobre el estado de su vehculo. - Procesar correctamente ventas, pagos y transacciones en el sistema de punto de venta (POS). - Mantener conocimiento sobre llantas, rines, medidas de llantas, productos y servicios. - Trabajar para cumplir con las metas de ventas individuales y de la sucursal. - Dar seguimiento a clientes y oportunidades de ve ta. - Ayudar con el inventario, mercanca y organizacin de la tienda. - Mantener limpio y organizado el mostrador de ventas y el rea de exhibicin. - Ayudar con otras tareas de la tienda segn sea necesario. Requisitos Experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente de preferencia. Experiencia en llantas, rines, industria automotriz, talleres de reparacin, concesionarios o venta de autopartes de preferencia. Conocimiento de llantas, rines, medidas de llantas y servicios automotrices es una ventaja. Buenas habilidades de ventas, comunicacin y servicio al cliente. Capacidad para preparar cotizaciones y explicar precios a los clientes. Facilidad para utilizar computadoras y sistemas de punto de venta (POS). Capacidad para atender a var
