Full job description
Schedule: 30 hours- flexible day shift hours $5,000 sign on bonus paid out in 60, 120, 180 days Key Responsibilities Designing care plans that are rooted in unique strengths, interests and need Supporting caregivers with compassionate coaching. Shaping meaningful outcomes through evidence-based practice Training, supporting and mentoring ABA staff in a collaborative, empowering approach Clear, concise, and objective documentation reflecting the quality of care provided What We Offer Leadership that respects and supports work-life balance Manageable caseloads so you can deliver quality, individualized care Competitive wages Flexibility in scheduling and service delivery Who We?re Looking For: 3+ years? experience as a BCBA/LABA A BCBA who believes that goals should serve the person, not the program. A clinician who knows ABA can and should evolve and wants to be part of that evolution. A teammate who values transparency, honesty, and compassion for clients, families, and coworkers.
