Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Quality Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, standardizing, and elevating quality assurance systems across our regional Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse and fulfillment network, as well as supporting the launch of new business operations.

You will join a dedicated operational leadership team that reports directly to the North America Operations Director, focusing on building a culture of continuous improvement, supporting client partnerships, and empowering frontline leadership across our distribution network.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Regional Quality & Operational Excellence: Implement, monitor, and standardize the Quality Management System (QMS) across all regional distribution and fulfillment centers, conducting regular internal audits, operational readiness checks, and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) compliance reviews.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders & Clients: Act as the primary regional quality liaison for clients during onboarding, regular business reviews, and external audits, partnering cross-functionally to align continuous improvement strategies with client and business priorities.

  • Ensure Compliance & Root Cause Resolution: Lead rigorous investigations into client complaints, shipping errors, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies using Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA) to execute robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations, including at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional capacity within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or distribution environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), facility launch support, inventory integrity standards, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies (such as Kaizen facilitation, 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone root-cause tools).

  • Proven ability in multi-site quality leadership, client-facing stakeholder management, continuous process transformation, and financial acumen to connect process improvements directly to business outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are highly preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 annually (aligned with experience).

  • Workplace Flexibility: Remote role with 50-75% travel across regional facility sites.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexible availability as required).

  • Immediate Coverage: Full Health and Dental Benefits starting on your first day of employment.

  • Paid Time Off: Two weeks of paid vacation, seven paid holidays, plus accrued sick pay.

  • Financial Wellness: 401(k) with company match and an Employee Stock Purchase Program.

  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement, including Tuition Reimbursement.
