Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support day-to-day AP operations while providing analysis, reporting, and reconciliation support. This role is ideal for an AP professional with strong Excel skills and experience working with high-volume transactions, vendor accounts, payment processing, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze AP transactions, vendor balances, payment activity, and outstanding invoices
Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or variances
Assist with full-cycle AP, including invoice review, coding, matching, approvals, and payments
Prepare AP reports, aging reports, and other financial analyses for management
Support weekly and monthly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check payments
Reconcile the AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close
Identify process improvements and help maintain accurate AP data and internal controls
Research and resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years of accounts payable, accounting, or financial analysis experience
Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and accounting principles
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Great Plains
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
