This position will inspire customer engagement (both employee and customer) to increase performance, improve utilization, and reduce response time, all while growing revenue and market share. \ WHAT YOU'LL DO Primary responsibilities involve rental asset management from rent to roll Primary rental contact at the branch Managing the customer experience from customer receivable to return Work with transportation to coordinate deliveries and pick ups Invoicing rental transactions Supervise rental technicians Manage the team to meet/exceed operational metrics Customer rental damage resolution Work order management Requires Application and Operation knowledge of work tool products and attachments offered by Riggs as well as machines Ability to operate and recommend performance improvements for rental processes and procedures Ensure proper product placement on yard and demo space Assist customers with pickup of machines and attachments Provide basic safety knowledge of machine and attachments to customers ensuring they understand proper usage and application Ensure all rental items are line ready fully operational, clean, and ready to rent Owner of rental operations process from start to finish ### Requirements: WHAT YOU'LL NEED - High School diploma (minimum) or Comparable industry / product experience. - 1-5 years experience with Dealer Business Systems (DBS) functionality preferred. - iRent experience preferable Specialized Knowledge of work tool products and applications. - Effective Verbal and Written communication skills. - Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Overnight Travel Low 1-3 days per month. - Permanent position full-time IMPORTANT INFORMATION While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
