JOB REQUIREMENTS: Evergreen At Home | Full-Time Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them maintain independence in their own homes? Evergreen At Home is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing services throughout the community. In this role, you'll work closely with physicians, therapists, patients, and families to coordinate care, manage chronic conditions, and improve quality of life. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $37.50 - $42.50/hour, based on experience and number shifts Hourly compensation, including drive time and documentation time (not paid per visit) 30-40 hours per week, daytime schedule, you make your own daily schedule Small driving radius no farther than 45 minutes from Oshkosh Weekly team meetings to discuss case load Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and sick time, with generous rollover policy 403(b) retirement plan with company matchingWhy Evergreen At Home?
