The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027. This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements.

Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.

  • Support product validation and verification activities to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

  • Lead product improvement initiatives focused on quality, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and cost reduction.

  • Analyze product performance data, warranty information, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate engineering changes and ensure effective implementation across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing plants, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers as needed.

  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving activities to ensure robust product development.

  • Support new product introduction activities, ensuring smooth transitions from development into production.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute technical expertise to cross-functional project teams.

  • Drive project execution by managing technical deliverables, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.

  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality systems, and applicable industry regulations.
