Excellent communication and mentorship skills to inspire and guide junior engineers.
Desired Skills

Mastery of two or more languages such as C++, C#, and Python, with solid hands‑on experience applying object‑oriented design patterns.
-
Expert in test‑system hardware design and configuration management, including managing redline updates, version‑controlled schematics, and bill‑of‑materials control to ensure rapid, reliable hardware evolution.

Deep familiarity with the full requirements‑management lifecycle; from capturing test requirements for complex systems, through automated‑test equipment specs, to rigorous configuration control.
-
Proven expertise using Cameo (or equivalent) for requirements authoring, traceability, and change management.
-
Skilled at creating detailed test‑system specifications and engineering test plans for complex systems.
-
Strong background in test‑automation frameworks (e.g., pytest, GoogleTest, LabVIEW TestStand) and CI/CD pipelines for continuous verification.
-
Experience integrating hardware and software (NI HW, COTS HW) to build end‑to‑end test systems that meet performance and safety margins.
