Position Summary Our 3rd shift is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small dynamic team of hose production operators. As a salaried supervisor, (Value Stream Team Leader), you will lead hourly Team Members in daily operations and continuous improvement efforts within one or more manufacturing value streams. Partnering closely with the Plant Manager, you will implement Lean manufacturing principles to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. Your leadership will be vital in developing a skilled workforce, optimizing processes, and achieving daily operational goals that align with our strategic priorities. 3rd shift hours are Sunday night through Thursday night.
