Overview TRC is seeking a Construction Office Engineer II in the Liverpool, New York location. Responsibilities * Reviewing and processing contractor's payment requisitions. * Preparing and processing change orders and submittals. * Managing and maintaining all project documentation. * Project closeout and Inter agency coordination. * Maintain relationships with contractors and clients. * Complete daily work reports in Site Manager and made payments in Site Manager for the completed work. * Complete wage rate reviews and monitor contractor compliance requirements. * Acts as a liaison between project management, subcontracts and site engineers to resolve problems. Qualifications * Min. 1 year experience worked as an Office Engineer on NYSDOT highway and/or bridge projects is required. * Site Manager construction software experience is preferred. * Min.
