Job Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join our production and engineering team in Milpitas, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a BSEE, BSEET, Electronics Engineering, or closely related degree and strong hands-on laboratory or project experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in electronics hardware, PCBs, cameras, electronic assemblies, hardware testing, and troubleshooting, and is looking to begin a career in production test or manufacturing engineering.

  • Candidates with strong academic and hands-on electronics experience but limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, assemble, and test cameras, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and printed circuit assemblies (PCAs/PCBAs) in a production environment.

  • Perform functional and electrical testing of electronic assemblies and camera systems.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and electronic circuits to identify failures and determine root causes.

  • Perform component-level troubleshooting using electrical test equipment and technical documentation.

  • Use tools such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation.

  • Identify electronic components and understand their function within a circuit.

  • Document test results, failures, troubleshooting activities, and corrective actions.

  • Follow established manufacturing, testing, safety, and quality procedures.

  • Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with engineering and management when additional support is required.

  • Support continuous improvement activities related to product testing, assembly, and troubleshooting.

Experience:

  • Experience with PCB/PCBA testing or electronics assembly.

  • Experience using a DMM, oscilloscope, function generator, or power supply.

  • Basic soldering/desoldering experience.

  • Familiarity with component-level troubleshooting.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong fundamental understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.

  • Knowledge of PCBs, electronic components, and circuit troubleshooting.

  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

  • Hands-on academic, laboratory, internship, or personal project experience with electronics is highly desirable.

  • Willingness to work in a hands-on production environment.

Education:
