Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent I or II for a construction project in Spring Hill, FL. This individual will support daily jobsite operations, conduct safety walks, maintain daily logs, document progress in Procore, and participate in project, owner, and stakeholder meetings. They will also assist with subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and occasional labor oversight. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer, along with experience on commercial or residential projects and basic Excel proficiency.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer
  • Commercial or residential construction experience
  • Comfortable using Excel/spreadsheets
  • Procore experience
  • Construction-related degree
  • Framing or millwork experience
  • Experience unloading and managing jobsite deliveries
