JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Job Description Represent FIS and BPS Outsourcing Operations in client and vendor meetings as part of custody conversion events to and from the organization. Create and manage project plans for client custody movement events, directing parties within and outside of organization. Manage project tasks according to established plan. Coordinate and reconcile movement of securities, cash and other asset types between custodians at respective depositories (DTCC, NSCC, BNYM), as part of client onboarding and offboarding events. Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers and complete data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS systems. What you will be doing: * Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization. * Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted. * Communicating with Mutual Fund companies and custodians to ensure trading and asset movements are done correctly. * Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly. * Managing daily reconciliation reports to resolve position and cash breaks in a timely manner. * Examine large volumes of complex holdings data and translate into formats easily consumed by internal and external audiences. * Examines client processes, forms and reports, determines operational needs and documents what software will do and all related processes, forms, reports, etc. to be used after conversion is complete. * May develop new procedures with client to ensure FIS software is used appropriately. * Coordinates and conducts readiness review.
