Role Overview The Product Designer will execute the creation of AI-enabled, user-centric design experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization technology products. This role combines human-centered design practices, strategic product thinking, and AI innovation to accelerate the delivery of scalable product solutions that drive value for customers and achieve business outcomes. This role will drive end-to-end product design initiatives, research insights, and design optimization from discovery to launch for products with minimal supervision. Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership, this individual will leverage extensive AI prototyping capabilities, expertise in Figma and design systems, and exceptional UI/UX design skills to deliver seamless design artifacts that enrich the customer experience. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will be responsible for driving consistency, scalability, and usability across a complex portfolio of products. Within the product organization, the Product Designer will shape product design and product strategy and advocate for intuitive integration of AI into the design workflow to creatively contribute to product outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses expert visual, interaction, and systems design capabilities and effectively communicates design recommendations that drive leadership decisions.
