This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4816827 Main Responsibilities Inspect, audit, and monitor equipment, work areas and work practices and procedures for compliance with\ established health and safety rules and regulations. Assist in identifying, preventing, recommending control measures, and eliminating safety hazards. Conduct new hire safety training. Conduct compliance audits. Safety work order tracking. Conduct Near Miss follow ups and investigations. Conduct Annual Fall Protection Inspection. Be visible in the Plant. Be a member of the Plant Safety Committee. Deliver safety training to include Safe Start. Update site safety signage. Maintain monthly reports including key safety metrics. Trend and analyze safety data and report findings and recommendations to Plant Management. Assist with maintenance and update of safety procedures. Enter safety data into the Benchmark/Gensuite system. Assist with Contractor Safety Program. Assist with new and modified processes/equipment/product development to ensure safety is included at all\ levels of design through implementation. Participate in safety & industrial hygiene reviews, routine safety inspections and incident investigations,\ making appropriate recommendations.\ \
