Shift Details:

• Days, Evenings and Weekends

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administers medications, including diabetic monitoring.

• Evaluates, assesses, and treats medical emergencies.

• Assesses patients admitted to the sideroom and those with injuries.

• Conducts return assessments for patients coming from the infirmary or hospital.

• Reviews patients returning from medical trips and appointments.

• Transcribes provider orders.

• Prepares charts for the following day’s appointments.

• Prepares patients and documentation for transfers to other facilities or hospitals.

**Minimum Qualifications **

• Minimum of one (1) year/sof recent experience as an RN.

• Must have a current and valid NYS license

• Minimum, one full year of medical/surgical, Emergency Room or ICU,CCU hospital Nursing.

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
