Engineering Lead

The Engineering Lead is a senior engineering position focused on maintaining and enhancing current production lines. This role serves as a technical expert for Allen-Bradley PLCs, FANUC robots, controls, torque systems, vision systems, leak-test systems, and scanning systems. The Engineering Lead also trains other team members by leveraging this technical expertise. Supporting assembly plants in multiple states requires periodic travel. Engineering Responsibilities · Serve as technical expert for Allen Bradley PLC's, Fanuc Robots, Controls, Torque Systems, Vision Systems, Leak test Systems and Scanning Systems . · Assisting in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for production lines. · Support root cause resolutions for issues that arise with existing production lines. · Help establish and measure KPI's of existing assembly lines. · Support with integrating new assembly lines into our production teams, including training production, quality, maintenance and engineering associates on equipment operation. · Help with the start-up of new products and equipment. Work with EOM to develop PM schedule prior to new equipment launch and then update PM schedule as needed. · Collaborate with EOM and Maintenance Team to develop spare parts lists at launch of new equipment . · Actively participate and support in the continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives of our assembly processes. ·[ Must b ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
