Position Overview

Bath Planet of Inland Empire is seeking energetic and outgoing Part-Time Promoters / Home Show Representatives to join our Event Marketing Team. In this role, you will represent our company at home shows, fairs, festivals, retail events, and community gatherings throughout the Riverside area and surrounding markets.

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fun environment, and earning bonuses for generating qualified appointments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Attract visitors and engage attendees at home shows, expos, and events.

• Promote Bath Planet products and provide basic information about our services.

• Generate and qualify leads for our sales team.

• Schedule in-home consultation appointments with interested homeowners.

• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence at all events.

• Set up, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of event displays and booths.

• Initiate conversations with passersby and encourage booth participation.

• Explain product features, benefits, and current promotions.

• Collect customer information and submit qualified leads to the Event Coordinator.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to achieve event goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.

• Comfortable speaking with the public and initiating conversations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Reliable transportation to travel to scheduled events.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, event marketing, promotions, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
