Duties & Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Analyst serves as a strategic thought partner to leadership, driving data-informed decision-making across sales, marketing, and business development functions. This role goes beyond data interpretation; it’s about shaping the future of sales strategy through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Senior Analyst will lead efforts to uncover growth opportunities, optimize sales performance, and influence executive-level initiatives that impact customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. With a strong command of data visualization tools and statistical techniques, this individual will transform complex datasets into compelling narratives that guide long-term business planning and tactical execution.

How you will spend your time:

Knowledge & Skills

MINIMUM :

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively collect, analyze, and interpret sales data.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate findings and recommendations.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and share analytical POV with confidence.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required.

  • Skills and experience with data querying and data warehouse technologies (Snowflake/Oracle).

  • Software proficiency with data analysis tools (PowerBI/Tableau, CRM, and other data visualization/analytical tools)

PREFERRED:

  • Superior organizational and project management skills

  • Quality, Sales, and Training experience

  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis techniques and ability to create insights from varied data.

  • Proven track record of driving transformational change and delivering measurable results.

  • Inform, influence, and support the company's product and operational roadmap.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business decision making.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Requirements

MINIMUM :

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or financial field or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of business experience, with an emphasis on analytics, or financial/statistical modeling.

PREFERRED:

  • Financial Industry Experience

  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management, data architecture, and data quality principles and practices.

Supervision/Management: No direct management responsibilities

Compensation Range:

$98,208 - $144,705
