Full job description

Why Auctor Auctor is building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation. Think of us as the brain behind the best solution engineers, forward-deployed engineers, and onboarding teams— automating the documentation, the discovery, and the decision-making that powers $400B+ in services work. We’re going after one of the biggest software categories of the decade. Some reasons to join Auctor are: What We Do As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work alongside our founding team of engineers and product leaders to deploy Auctor against the hardest problems in enterprise software delivery. Your mission is to synthesize customer workflows, implementation methodologies, and product capabilities into solutions that fundamentally change how projects get done. You'll immerse yourself in customers' most intricate implementation processes—from discovery calls to go-live. You'll partner with consulting teams, explore their documentation challenges, and configure our platform to scale their operations. This role requires a curious and analytical mindset, sharp product intuition, and deep empathy for the practitioners doing this work every day. No Two Days Are the Same, But You Can Expect To:

  • Meet with customer teams to understand their implementation methodology, pain points, and critical deliverables

  • Configure and customize Auctor's AI agents to match customer workflows and artifact requirements

  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure teams are productive from day one

  • Identify opportunities to expand Auctor's value across new project types, teams, and use cases

  • Work directly with engineering to translate field insights into product improvements

  • Build and deliver demos to prospective customers across industries

  • Document best practices and create playbooks that scale our deployment approach

  • Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from consultants to practice leaders to C-suite executives

  • Travel to customer sites and industry conferences to represent Auctor

What We Value

  • Intellectual curiosity—you're not satisfied with surface-level answers and will dive deep into customer problems

  • Low ego—the outcome matters more than who gets credit

  • Comfort with ambiguity—you thrive in unstructured environments and open-ended problems

  • Bias for action—you'd rather ship something imperfect than wait for perfect

  • Customer obsession—you genuinely enjoy solving hard problems for real people

  • Adaptability—willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow as the situation demands

What You'll Have

  • 2-10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or solutions engineering—ideally in enterprise software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with technical concepts; comfort with data, APIs, and configuration (coding not required but a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow) or implementation methodologies

  • Direct experience running or supporting enterprise software implementations

  • Background in requirements gathering, business analysis, or solutions architecture

  • Experience at an early-stage startup

  • Exposure to AI/ML products and their deployment

Compensation Range $130,000-$230,000 Benefits
