Zions is regularly recognized by American Banker magazine as having a top banking team in its list of “The Most Powerful Women in Banking.” Our customers consistently vote us as the best bank in our local markets. We value our employees, and we are committed to search out, recognize and create fulfilling opportunities for outstanding people within our organization, rewarding them for their contributions to our success. We recognize that banking is a “local” business, and that to be successful, we must have very strong ties to the communities we serve and strong relationships with our customers.

With benefits starting on day one, 12 bank holidays, profit sharing and company-matched 401(k) contributions, Zions is dedicated to being an employer of choice in our communities. At Zions, the possibilities are endless. You bring the talent; we bring the opportunity.

We are seeking a Bankcard Loyalty & Rewards Product Manager to join our Bankcard Product & Services team. This team is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of our debit and credit card products across commercial, business, and consumer segments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated product professional to make a measurable, highly visible impact. Specifically, this role will spearhead the development and rollout of a new, enterprise-wide loyalty rewards platform. Starting with our consumer and small business debit and credit cards, you will build a program designed to scale across the bank, transforming how we engage with and reward our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive the strategy, vendor partnership execution, and customer experience for a new enterprise loyalty rewards platform.

  • Manage the product lifecycle and strategic roadmap for consumer and small business credit and debit card reward portfolios.

  • Collaborate extensively with internal partners—including IT, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Sales—to implement solutions, remove barriers, and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

  • Define and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, spend growth, and enhanced customer engagement.

  • Develop customized product solutions and digital experiences that align with client needs and broader bank objectives.

  • Act as a primary liaison and subject matter expert between the bank and external rewards/fintech partners.

  • Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on loyalty/rewards programs, customer engagement, or bankcard products (credit/debit).

  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic product initiatives and managing third-party vendor relationships from business case to launch.

  • Familiarity with enterprise rewards platforms, merchant-funded offers, and point redemption models is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.

  • Effective negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Visa Sponsorship:

This Bankcard Loyalty & Rewards Product Manager position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.

Location:

  • This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance – START DAY ONE!

  • Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance

  • Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts

  • Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays

  • 401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience

  • Mental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions

  • Employee Ambassador preferred banking products

  • Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees
