Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee field execution for a major electrical construction project in the Space Coast market. This person will be responsible for labor tracking, field leadership, project planning, communication, and supporting takeoff work.
Project Scope
- Initially supporting the newly awarded approximately $75M Space Coast project
- May oversee up to three projects, depending on project size
- Larger projects may require full-time oversight of one project
- Project is currently primarily within the planning cycle
- Will support takeoffs, communication, planning, labor management, and field execution
Skills and Requirements
- Florida electrical license
- Strong electrical construction background
- Experience overseeing multiple projects or one large, complex project
- Labor and manpower tracking experience
- Experience supporting project planning and field execution
- Ability to perform or support takeoffs in Bluebeam
- Experience overseeing Superintendents, Foremen, and electrical field teams
- Must pass required background screening
