Full job description
Description
Our client is accelerating delivery of a next-generation text analytics platform that supports its OXM (Omnichannel Experience Management) strategy. The platform ingests and analyzes large volumes of unstructured customer feedback, including call center transcripts, emails, surveys, chats, reviews, and social content, transforming that feedback into actionable business insights. This effort is part of a multi-year modernization initiative to migrate customers from a legacy acquired platform to a new AI-enabled architecture.
The current phase focuses on delivering the first production release (V1) to support customer migrations, with V2 and V3 already planned. These resources are being added to accelerate delivery, reduce technical bottlenecks, and help customers transition from the legacy platform.
Environment
Agile development teams operating in 2-week sprints
Daily standups and standard Scrum ceremonies
GitLab source control
CI/CD enabled for most repositories
Distributed engineering teams across Seattle, Provo, and Reston

Contractor resources will embed directly into existing engineering pods and participate as full team members
