Apple's Worldwide Product Marketing team is looking for an extraordinary Market Research practitioner to support customer insights for iPhone across key geographies.
Description
In this role, you'll assist in the design of primary market research and the development and delivery of in-depth results that directly inform the decisions of our leaders. We're looking for someone who understands innovative and state-of-the-art research methodologies, is an expert in analytics and data science, and has extensive experience translating data into actionable insights tied to real business issues. Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of demonstrated success in customer insights or marketing analytics within consumer technology, consumer products, or a market research firm, preferably in a global role

Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with quantitative market research experience on either the client or vendor/analytics side

Direct experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders or clients, with strong communication and articulation skills

Solid quantitative research and experimental (QRE) design skills, including questionnaire design, sampling, and statistical analysis

Deep expertise applying a broad range of research techniques and methodologies (e.g., segmentation and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis, MaxDiff)
Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to manage challenging projects, drive multiple priorities, and stay focused on strategic insights

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, visualization, and streamlined analysis workflows

Strong data visualization skills to deliver meaningful insights that shape business decisions

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, market research, marketing analytics, or a related field
