The Security Manager - GSOC is responsible for the leadership, performance, and continuous advancement of the organization's 24/7 Global Security Operations Center. This role oversees global security operations, including access control, alarm monitoring, video surveillance, incident intake, emergency response coordination, and geopolitical risk monitoring. In addition to managing daily operations, the Security Manager plays a key role with the ongoing evolution of the GSOC by driving process improvement, standardizing operating procedures, strengthening incident management capabilities, and integrating risk intelligence into security operations. Working closely with the Director, Global Physical Security, this position supports the development of a modern GSOC that delivers operational monitoring, enterprise-wide situational awareness, risk-informed decision support, and coordinated response to security-related events. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, operational expertise, and strategic thinking to support the continued evolution of the GSOC into a proactive, intelligence-driven security operations model that strengthens the organization's ability to identify, assess, and respond to security incidents and emerging risks.
