Loan Servicing Representative II

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time (40 hrs./wk.) Loan Servicing Representative II based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton! The Loan Servicing Representative II assists and supports credit union team members and members with pre- and post-closing loan functions, maintenance, and inquiries as they relate to lending. The primary responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Representative II role include but are not limited to: Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values Handling post-closing loan functions as they relate to lending, including but not limited to: o Processing paid and renewed loan papers in the required time allowance o Validating and processing MV1, UCC recordings, and DNR titling o Processing UCC renewals Processing, tracking, and following up on consumer loan collateral lien perfections Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving errors in the consumer lending area Supporting team members, sharing workload and responsibilities to ensure a positive experience for members, loan originators, and team members Answering, supporting, and troubleshooting items received from internal and external member phone calls, email, or other correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Following guided process and procedure when completing responsibilities. Completing work assignments by assigned deadlines. Maintaining a base knowledge of the applicable credit union products, processes, policies and systems. Candidates for the Loan Servicing Representative II position should possess: Previous experience in consumer lending, vehicle titling, and/or lien processing is required Previous financial institution or related experience preferred Advanced knowledge and understanding of processes, procedures, and systems Proficient written and verbal communication skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other computer systems used for general use Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Fox Communities Credit Union is an over $3 billion in assets community-based credit union serving more than 130,000 members at over 20 locations.
