Facilities Specialist IHelp Create an Outstanding Workplace Experience

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Specialist I to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our workplace running smoothly. In this position, you'll be at the center of daily office operations, helping create a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and business partners.

What You'll Do

As a Facilities Specialist, you'll be a key resource for workplace operations and employee support by:

  • Serving as the primary on-site contact for vendors, contractors, and building service providers

  • Coordinating facility maintenance requests and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

  • Supporting workplace communications and building-related updates

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Assisting with conference room setup, meetings, events, and catering coordination

  • Monitoring office supply inventory and coordinating replenishment

  • Maintaining facility records, documentation, and service requests

  • Supporting initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve workplace operations

  • Scheduling and coordinating vendor services while ensuring quality and timely completion

  • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities coordination, office administration, workplace services, or a related field

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with employees, vendors, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a corporate or professional office environment

  • Vendor management and contractor coordination experience

  • Event planning, meeting coordination, or hospitality support experience

  • Mailroom, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience

  • Inventory management, office services, or workplace operations experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mcdonough, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
