Full job description
The BRAG Shelter to Stability Case Manager will be responsible to develop and implement the new Shelter to Stability Rapid Rehousing program in conjunction with the William A Burnard (WAB) Warming Center. This program seeks to close the service gap for adult-only homeless households in the Bear River Area who are exiting incarceration, addiction recovery treatment and/or physical/mental health treatment. Program participants will receive intensive, high-quality case management, deposit/rental assistance and supportive services. The purpose of these services is to help program participants obtain and maintain stable employment and housing.
