Field Worker

This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4814796 Seasonal/Temporary work from 10/15/2026 - 6/5/2027 Workers will perform a variety of agricultural tasks related to the planting, cultivating, irrigating, pruning, harvesting, sorting, packing, and field maintenance of crops, including but not limited to fruits, vegetables, and other seasonal commodities. Duties may include preparing soil, applying fertilizers, operating and cleaning farm equipment, constructing or repairing trellises and irrigation systems, loading and unloading produce, and performing general farm labor as directed. Work requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds in varying weather conditions. All duties will be performed under the supervision of the employer or designated supervisor. In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party
