What sets you apart - A record of success in outside sales, territory sales, business development, or service-based sales. - Experience in commercial foodservice, equipment service, HVAC, refrigeration, facilities, or a related industry is preferred. - The ability to create new opportunities instead of relying only on inbound leads. - Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - A disciplined approach to territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-through. - The judgment to work independently while collaborating effectively with two leaders and cross-functional teams. - A coachable mindset and a desire to grow professionally through ongoing feedback. - Clear written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft business tools. - A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. - The ability to meet company background-check and drug-screening requirements. - Applicants must be at least 18 years old. This role may not be for you if: - You prefer an inside-sales role with limited customer travel. - You are uncomfortable generating your own opportunities and maintaining a consistent prospecting rhythm. - You treat CRM updates, forecasting, or internal handoffs as administrative tasks rather than part of the sales process. - You are not comfortable balancing regional priorities and accountability within a dual reporting structure.
