Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to join a collaborative Human Resources team and provide hands-on support across a broad range of HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day employee experience while also taking ownership of important HR processes and initiatives.

In this role, you will partner closely with employees, managers, and HR leadership to support employee relations, onboarding, compliance, HR systems, benefits administration, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is approachable, solutions-oriented, and confident handling sensitive employee matters while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers.

  • Support employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, and helping ensure consistent follow-up.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and system updates.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems.

  • Assist with benefits administration, employee status changes, and payroll-related updates.

  • Support HR compliance efforts and help ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.

  • Prepare HR documentation, employee communications, and reports.

  • Partner with managers and HR leadership on employee questions, workplace concerns, and general HR needs.

  • Assist with performance management processes, employee documentation, and HR initiatives.

  • Support recruiting and interview coordination as needed.

  • Participate in HR audits, reporting, and process improvement projects.

  • Help identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

We are looking for an HR professional who can work independently, build strong relationships, and confidently manage a variety of employee and operational matters.

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a Generalist or similarly broad HR role.

  • Hands-on experience supporting employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and general employment practices.

  • Experience with onboarding, employee records, benefits, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or applicant tracking systems preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Professional, approachable, and comfortable partnering with employees and leaders at all levels.
