The ideal candidate has deep experience leading organizational change for enterprise software implementations and can successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments within highly regulated organizations. This role will partner with executive sponsors, program leadership, business process owners, laboratory operations teams, and technology partners to ensure successful adoption of a new enterprise ELN platform.

Key areas of focus include stakeholder and impact assessments, business process harmonization, executive sponsorship, communications and engagement, training and enablement (advisory only; technology vendor is responsible for training content development and delivery), adoption measurement, and long-term sustainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall change management and stakeholder engagement strategy for a global ELN implementation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned with program objectives, business priorities, and deployment timelines.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change impact assessments across scientific and operational functions.
- Establish executive sponsorship strategies and manage engagement with senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate business process harmonization discussions and alignment workshops across multiple research and development organizations.
- Establish a global-to-local change governance model that defines decision rights, escalation paths, site-level ownership, and accountability across program leadership, functional leaders, site leaders, change champions, and business process owners.
- Oversee, and deliver, communication, engagement, and adoption workstreams to ensure integrated delivery of change activities.
- Create and manage stakeholder engagement roadmaps, resistance management plans, and reinforcement strategies.
- Establish and lead change champion and super-user networks across global locations.
- Equip people leaders and laboratory managers with role-specific talking points, impact information, readiness expectations, and escalation guidance so they can actively lead the transition within their teams.
- Define readiness criteria, adoption metrics, and success measures to monitor organizational transformation progress.
- Provide strategic guidance to project leadership on change risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption challenges.
- Support deployment planning, go-live readiness reviews, hypercare activities, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Develop executive presentations, steering committee materials, and change performance reports.
- Coordinate with system integrators, PMO teams, business process leads, communications teams, and training resources.
- Mentor and provide leadership to junior change practitioners, communications specialists, and training resources supporting the program.
Skills and Requirements

- Proven experience serving as the lead change management resource on large-scale software implementation programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communications strategy, training enablement, and adoption planning.
- Experience influencing executive sponsors and senior leadership teams in complex organizational environments.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops, stakeholder sessions, governance meetings, and leadership discussions.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies from initiation through sustainment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
