The Opportunity

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards throughout the assembly and packaging process. You will work closely with production, quality, warehouse, project management, and customer teams to maintain compliance, support continuous improvement, and protect product integrity. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
How You Will Make an Impact

Inspect incoming materials and components to verify compliance with specifications and approve materials for production use.

Audit production and assembly operations to ensure adherence to work order requirements, customer specifications, and quality standards.

Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company quality policies.

Review, approve, and release production documentation to support accurate and timely customer shipments.

Analyze inspection and production data to identify trends, support quality improvements, and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with operations, project managers, customers, and quality teams to resolve quality concerns and drive corrective actions.

Support internal audits, customer audits, regulatory inspections, and quality training initiatives as required.

What You Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
Experience with quality systems, quality assurance processes, assembly operations, or manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
-
Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations and analyze production data.

Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, specifications, and quality documentation.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, auditors, and leadership.
-
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
-
Ability to work overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Auditor role within manufacturing, assembly, packaging, pharmaceutical, food, or consumer products environments.

Experience participating in internal, customer, or regulatory audits.

Experience conducting quality inspections, root cause investigations, and process improvement activities.

Familiarity with quality management systems, documentation controls, and compliance programs.

Experience providing training or guidance related to quality standards, cGMPs, or operational procedures.
The starting rate for this position is $22.50, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
