The Role As a Senior Superintendent at Pikus Concrete, a Lithko Contracting Company, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase on multiple projects. You will work closely with the operational team creating an overall project plan, schedule and execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive project plans. Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process. Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team. Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes. Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports. Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets. Ensure project execution goals are met. Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals. Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties. Requirements and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and communication skills. 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor. Self-perform experience of concrete is required. Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial. In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1,000,000 Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
