People Services supports the actualization of Goodwill SWPA's mission by ensuring agency wide compliance with regulations our work is beholden to, at Federal, State, Local, and specific contractual levels. People Services serves as a vital resource for all agency supervisors and employees in the areas of benefits, training, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and concerns and questions staff may have during the course of their employment. POSITION SUMMARY: The People Services Generalist Supervisor is responsible for supporting, overseeing, and administering a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding support, benefits support, performance management, policy implementation and interpretation, compliance, and administrative recordkeeping. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers within specified regions within the Donated Goods and Retail division of Goodwill SWPA, helping foster Operational Excellence and a People-First culture through positive and professional interactions and relationships, while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and Goodwill SWPA policies.
