- Keep buildings clean and orderly. - Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. - Duties may also include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of the need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from the sidewalk. 1. operate floor sanding machine 2. use building materials for routine building maintenance 3. mix paint, ingredients, or chemicals, according to specifications 4. paint walls or other structural surfaces 5. use portable hand spray equipment 6. arrange decorations or furniture for banquets or social functions 7. decorate using hand or power tools 8. sterilize or clean laboratory or healthcare equipment
