Proactive Health Care Medicine - LLC NY is hiring a strong Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW , LMSW , LMHC) - PRN to join our team at the Onondaga County Correctional Facility located in Syracuse, NY. Come learn correctional healthcare as you use our cutting-edge resources, including our award-winning electronic operating system. *We are seeking PRNs available to work alternating weekends from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.Proactive Health Care Medicine - LLC NY partners with correctional facilities to provide proactive, patient-focused healthcare.
