Die Prep Holland, OH 43528{rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"} Posted: 10/14/26 Employment Type: Temp to Hire Industry: Production{rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"} Job Number: 111392 Pay Rate: 18.00 Job Description # Die Prep -- Manufacturing | $18-$19/Hour | 2nd & 3rd Shift Job duties for Machine Operator: We are currently hiring dependable candidates for Die Prep positions with a manufacturing company in Holland, OH. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and employees will be trained on the job. - Operate manufacturing equipment to cut and bend thin rolls of metal to specific lengths. - Load approximately 35 lb. metal spools onto machines. - Inspect and package completed products. - Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks while standing for most of the shift. - Use hand tools to build machinery dies. - Follow safety procedures and maintain good attendance. - Work independently while also working as part of a team. Requirements for Die Prep: No previous manufacturing experience required; training is provided . Manufacturing, construction, trades, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred.
