Akima Facilities Operations is looking for a Personnel Assistant (Employment) III to work in Fort Hood, TX. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!
Responsibilities
The PA III provides dedicated support in the following areas:
-
Maintain personnel rosters, staffing reports, attendance records, training documentation, and other workforce accountability requirements.

Assist with daily and weekly timekeeping coordination and identify missing or incomplete timesheets for supervisor correction.
-
Maintain and consolidate daily production reports, weekly operational updates, PMR/CPAR supporting documentation, and management reporting data.
-
Track personnel actions, onboarding requirements, employee transfers, resignations, vacancies, and other administrative actions requiring management visibility.

Maintain electronic and hard-copy operational files to ensure documentation is organized, current, and readily available for management review.

Support preparation of correspondence, meeting minutes, action-item trackers, briefings, spreadsheets, and recurring reports.

Maintain suspense and action-item tracking to ensure requirements are completed within establishedtimelines.
-
Assist with coordination between Surge Support leadership, supervisors, HR, subcontractors, government representatives, and supporting organizations.

Maintain historical documentation and supporting records necessary to demonstrate contract performance and mission accomplishments.

Provide administrative continuity when operational leadership is engaged in meetings, customer coordination, production management, or other mission-critical activities.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of proven administrative working experience.

Tech-savvy and experience with Microsoft Office Suites and email programs.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Good written and verbal skills.

Ability to pass Pre-employment Drug Test and background Screening.

Ability to receive a favorable Tier 1 investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC.
Desired Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license.

Valid commercial driver's license with Passenger Endorsement.
Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Compensation: $23.27.

Hourly Health & Welfare: $5.09.
