Full job description

Full Time| Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM| 60/40 Onsite/Remote| The first 90 days will be 100% onsite.

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.

New Job Purpose or Objective: The Change Management Specialist 2 is responsible for leading change management activities across multiple moderate to high complexity IT projects, often spanning multiple departments. Focusing on the people side of change, this role builds strong relationships, influences stakeholders, and operates with a high degree of independence to support successful adoption of new tools and processes.

Tasks:

  1. Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key changes, risks, and readiness gaps across multiple projects.

  2. Develop and execute change management plans for assigned initiatives, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.

  3. Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments, serving as a trusted partner while influencing stakeholders to support adoption and alignment.

  4. Develop and deliver workshops and presentations to stakeholders and leadership, supporting awareness, understanding, and engagement for change initiatives.

  5. Prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications aligned to the communication plan, including ad hoc requests as needed.

  6. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to promote awareness, understanding, and buy in across impacted groups.

  7. Track, analyze, and report on change management activities, including progress, risks, and adoption metrics across multiple initiatives.

  8. Participate in the creation and maintenance of training materials, training plans, and measurement approaches, ensuring alignment with project needs.

  9. Support the development of change strategies and detailed plans, contributing insights and recommendations based on project and stakeholder needs.

  10. Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development or related field

  • 1 years' experience in Change Management

  • Ability to attain Prosci Change Management Certification within 90 days

  • Excellent in communications, training and support, plus employee engagement

  • Proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization

  • Strong project planning, organizing, communication, and team motivation

  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence others

  • Experience with Cultural Change mindset in an organization
