Executive Housekeeping Manager

In This Role, You Will:

✔ Champion AAA Four Diamond cleanliness standards.

✔ Build, mentor, and develop housekeeping and laundry team members.

✔ Ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.

✔ Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Oversee inventory management and purchasing.

✔ Manage budgets and maintain cost-effective operations.

✔ Handle facility issues, guest concerns, and operational challenges with confidence and professionalism.

✔ Create and implement procedures that support efficiency and exceptional service.

Ideal Background

  • Preferred Associate's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Five years of housekeeping experience in a property with 400+ rooms may substitute for education requirements.

  • Three years of leadership experience within housekeeping operations.

  • General maintenance knowledge and experience.

  • Proven ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities.
